You can delete support in STL. You can use PrusaSlicer.
When you have loaded STL in Prusaslicer, Use the function “Split – To Object”.
After you use the function “Split – To Object”, the part split to objects. You can now delete supports, use you the function “Delete”.
When you have deleted all supports, you can use the function “Auto generated supports”.
